Congratulations to Audi for retaking the 24 Hours of Le Mans series. Last year, Peugeot took it from Audi’s 8-wins-in-9-years dynasty, which I guess now would be a 9-wins-in-11-years dynasty.

The three Peugeots qualified in the 1, 2, 3 spots and looked to be the favorites coming into the weekend.

But some mechanical failures from all three Pugs resulted in a 1, 2, 3 finish for the Audi R15’s.

Congrats Audi in LMP1, Congrats Honda in LMP2, Congrats to Saleen in GT1, and Congrats to Porsche (as always) in GT2.

April 02, 2010 New 2011 Subaru WRX STI, Thoughts?

Yuriy checking in with some Subaru news!

So the new 2011 WRX STI has finally been revealed, and the wing is back ! After the hatchback version STI was introduced in 2008, some owners were disappointed that subaru discontinued making the sedan STI version, but some were also happy with the hatch.

For me, when i first saw the hatchback version back in 08, i HATED it. But then it kind of grew on me, (don’t get me wrong though, i’d STILL get the 04-07 body over the 08-10’s body ANY day of the week.)

And now since they brought back the sedan, and the beloved wing, what are your thoughts on it ? Too much like the 08-10 sedan base wrx model but with a wing? Or are you pre-ordering it already? ;)

PS: It’s the first time the STI will come in two-styles, hatch and sedan.
